Privacy Policy
Thank you for your interest in Apiflow. Protecting your personal data is important to us. Below we explain which data we process when you visit this website and for what purpose.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Wooorld Ventures GmbH
Werner-Haas-Str. 8
86153 Augsburg
Germany
Email: hello@apiflow.com
Represented by: Tobias Steinbrecher
2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functioning website and our content, or where you have given consent. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract/pre-contractual measures) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR. Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by a service provider. When you access the website, the server automatically collects information in so-called server log files transmitted by your browser: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is used for the technical provision, security and stability of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data sources.
4. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies. In particular, we store a cookie that remembers your chosen language so that you land in your preferred language on a return visit. This cookie is required for the basic functions of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No tracking or marketing cookies are set.
5. Fonts (Google Fonts)
For a consistent presentation, we embed fonts (Google Fonts) via Google servers. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts and transmits your IP address to Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, USA). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an appealing presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Appointment booking (Calendly)
To schedule calls, we link to the service Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). If you book an appointment, the data you enter there (e.g. name, email address, preferred time) is processed by Calendly. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Calendly's privacy notice applies: calendly.com/privacy.
7. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process your details solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We do not pass on this data without your consent and delete it as soon as your request has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations exist.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, an email to hello@apiflow.com is sufficient.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
Without prejudice to other remedies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.
10. Validity of this policy
This privacy policy is currently valid. As our website develops or legal requirements change, it may become necessary to amend it.
